Hello, My name is Brenda, but I prefer when people call me Bren! (It was a way of re-inventing myself after my mid-life crises!)
A LITTLE ABOUT ME…
We all go through hardships. My childhood was difficult, stressful, and at one point left with very little.
I always had a light within me I wouldn’t let dim. I reached out to friends to keep my faith in things getting better. Our adventures helped me survive the issues I had at home.
I’ve always been a thinker. A deep thinker. I was in church and asked the congregation if they believed in reincarnation. I thought my mom would drop at that moment! I’ve always had a questioning attitude though! What if? Can that be?
I would love to eaves drop on parents. At church. Family events. Holidays. I wanted to be smart. Being smart would help me overcome issues.
I married young. I divorced. I have been a single mom. I have tried things and failed. I also didn’t stop trying.
I’m the youngest of three. My sisters would say I work really hard (maybe too hard sometimes) but they are so proud of me for writing this book.
Friends of mine would say I’m fun-loving, have a big heart, and genuine. I support people. I support goals, dreams, aspirations and hope! Understanding and acknowledging the thoughts and feelings of others that regardless of the situation that you can get better.
Positivity drives me and it should drive you too. For many, going through a mid-life crisis and having the ability to grow out of it is a journey that’s taxing and unfathomable. I can show you through gentle steps, coaching and support that your ideas are reachable.
